Can
I buy tiles to be delivered to the UK?
Yes, we can deliver tiles to all parts of the world without any
problem.
How
secure is your on-line payment system?
We use PayPal which is recognised as one of the world's most secure
on-line payment systems.
PayPal is a leader in privacy and identity protection.
The Buyer's financial information will not be disclosed to us by PayPal.
Is
there a minimum purchase quantity or amount?
No. You can buy only one piece if you so wish.
However, we charge a
post & packaging amount of £25.00 for all orders of under £100.00.
Do
prices include delivery?
For all
purchases of £100.00 and over, goods are delivered to your premises in
the UK.
For orders of less than £100.00, a further £25.00 will be charged
for post & packaging.
Can
I order samples?
Yes, these will
be charged at list price plus P&P.
How
long will my order take to be delivered?
Most of our goods are ex-stock and will be delivered within a week.
However, we ask you to allow at least 2 full weeks for delivery in the event of the
occasional product shortage due to high demand.
How
many pieces are there in a set?
It
depends on the design. Some designs have only one piece, whereas others-such as
Rambling Rose-have 2 pieces per set.
What
is a base tile?
The base tile is the
tile you have selected for the main tiling area. This may also be referred to
as a "field" tile.
Can
glass decors and mosaics be mixed with ceramic field tiles?
Yes. Glass and ceramic marry beautifully together to
achieve spectacular effects.
